I came in with a rash and I knew it was related to my dog's diagnosis - I was able to get seen quickly and get on medication which cleared up my itching skin.

NOT HAPPY WITH TRISTAN. I hope phone calls are recorded at this medical office. Starting at 2:52 PM today, 4/29/2019, being put on hold for 15 minutes, and overall having the call last for 40 minutes, I was spoken down to and insulted when calling to inquire about an injury that took place earlier in the month. (Sorry about the long sentence).In the 8+ years that I have been coming here, my appointments have all been routine. This medical place is terrible they denied to see my husband for a car accident related because we did not have a claim number with us they didn't even offered to make the appointment for him we had to go to the ER instead and sit there for hours. This was the response from the nurse and I quote " this is a third party claim and the doctors wont get paid for that" in another words they are more concerned about their money than helping a patient that has also a private insurance. Nice job Tristan!!!

I’ve been going here for a couple years simply out of convenience because it’s around the corner from my office. I just can’t do it anymore. Here is why. In the time I have been going there I have had 3 different primaries. I once was waiting in a room and in the hallway heard someone talking about a previous patient, their medical concerns, and a lot of vulgarity. I made a formal complaint because of this.
