Service is terrible. They NEVER answer phone. Operators are nice but always clueless. Never taking my car for service here again. And when i trade in i will be driving across town to other Nissan dealership.

I bought a certified Nissan Altima from trophy, and I've had nothing but trouble out of it ever sense. This "certified" car had aftermarket halogen lights that were installed improperly, and an aftermarket exhaust system. Had to replace the entire lighting system in the car, at my own expense, because the lights kept blowing fuses. Of course trophy Nissan said this was not their responsibility, and I had to pay for it. They also repainted the car, which started peeling after about six months. Don't waste your time with this dealership. Their inventory for pre owned vehicles was rediculous. Fernando and I spoke over several weeks and I decided to drive to Mesquite to look at the vehicles he said were on the lot and he would pull them up front for me to see. When I got there, nothing for me to look at except one that was silver when he KNEW I did not want silver. What a waste of time and just lies to get me to drive out.

I had the worst experience with the service department and their manager. I had a factory recall that forced me to use a dealership. From the moment I pulled up, they were disgusted, annoyed, and did not want my additional business. I was met with the same irritated tone every step of the process. I would rather drive the 20 miles to another Nissan dealership than return to Trophy in the future.

I went to buy a car from Michael Moreno and Delvin Wright at the pre-owned lot at Trophy. I was interested, didn't once back away or tell them I wasn't interested. I drove an hour from my home to literally buy the car, had my current car detailed and everything, approved for a loan, nothing was left to chance. Shady, SHADY car shopping experience here -- TWICE!! Armando "helped" us the second time through the online purchasing process during the COVID lockdown. Told us our car was on hold for 48 hours, only to be told less than 24 hours later that he had other offers on it and then he suddenly couldn't sell it to us anymore bc the service team suddenly found "problems" that weren't present on the Carfax. Do not go to this place! I recently purchased a car and my sales guy was Andrew. Since the moment I purchased my vehicle they were non stop harassing me telling me they forgot to get some info from me. They made me go back in and re sign my paperwork which is ridiculous. They need to get it together people shouldn't have to go back in and sign more paperwork after you have already walked out with the keys in your hand. Worst place and customer service.

I took my car to Trophy Nissan for deep scratches on my bumper and was/still is totally disgusted with the results. Instead of repairing the bumper, they replaced it with a RUBBERY bumper that was missing a piece that was on the original bumper. When I mentioned it to Arturo, he blew me off saying the piece wasn't on the original bumper and their replacement bumpers were the rubber ones. I don't believe that and I will NEVER use Trophy Nissan for anything.....purchase or repairs!! I want my car repaired with the quality part... read more

I purchased a 2018 used Murano with over 30,000 miles on it. I paid top dollar ($24,500 plus tax title license) and expected it to be in top condition. Since the dealer sat in the passenger side when I test drove, I didn't see that the whole side panel under the passengers seat on the side was broken and just leaned up against the seat. They had also failed to put the sim card in it, so when we took it back, we told them of all the problems. They said they fixed everything and we could come get it.
