My husband had a flat in his Altima. After he put the dummy tire on, he lost the wheel lock. Long story short, I had to come to the dealership to have them unlock the dummy and put on the regular tire. Antez in Service arranged it all and despite it being an obviously busy day, he got it done in reasonable time and for free! He even got the car wash, per their courtesy policy. This is the second time for me at the dealership and I haven't been disappointed yet. Well done Antez and Nissan. Thank you!
