If I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted a price to replace my ECM and was told this would fix my car. They replaced the ECM and told me that the car was ready. Not even 15 minutes after leaving the shop, my car stopped on the highway with THE SAME ISSUE. I had to get towed back to the shop. There was absolutely no communication from my terrible "advisor" Ryan, I had to call frequently about the status of my repair. Fraud, fraud, fraud. Stay away from Trophy Nissan. I had a VERY bad experience with Trophy Nissan. I dropped my SUV off with rear corner small damage including rear light damage. (Picture attached) First, they quoted 6k and the insurance approved. They noticed the insurance is good insurance so they revised the quote to 12k after a few days. These people is a trip, Do not buy a vehicle from this place. I took my youngest daughter to purchase her first vehicle from them, due to my oldest daughter and myself had purchase some vehicle from them.We only had this KIA Soul barely a month before we discovered that it had a oil leak. Do Not Do Business ESPCIALLY WITH CASH Down payment. MY Mothet in law lisa was bought a brand new Nissan rouge from salesman JAMES BROWN took my cash $8000.00 back to FINANCE TO LUIS SUAREZ.. JAMES BROWN conveniently forgets how much money he counted in front of his boss. They said I paid 5000.00 down. I did not get a receipt till the end of the deal when you sign electronically. absoutly worst experience i have ever had in buying a car. They sold me a brand new car with scratches on hood and doors. The scratches could not be seen when salesman did walk around on it before releasing it to me because it was cloudy and almost dark. The car was in make ready for 2 hours. I received a call from Jose at 9:21 PM on December 30, 2022, asking if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I responded with a no thank you, and then all I heard was a "click"... no have a nice night, no please contact us if you do need our services in the future.... absolute crap customer service ethic. This reinforces my initial observations that you're only of interest to them if you're looking for a car... it doesn't take much to be polite, but they can't seem to manage even that much. The most horrible buying and service I have ever received in my entire life. I bought a commercial vehicle with special needs, As part of the sales promotion, I was promised a wrap job on it that I never received, along with a special package including 120 V plugs, great stereo with built in back up camera and extended warranty. I was super excited to purchase a car from here and ended up getting kicked out for trying to negotiate with them. Mohammad F. was selling us the car and did not try to help us get a good price on a used car with over 100k miles and had damage that they were not going to fix. Also the office is not accommodating, we were not offered water, we were squished into a tiny cubicle and it was overall a dissatisfactory experience. Take your time and money somewhere else!
