Received a complimentary oil change from Trophy Nissan through teacher appreciation, and I was ready to use it. I called and made the appointment with them knowing I have a Toyota Corolla. On the day of the oil change I showed them my voucher and they turned me away. No appreciation I guess from trophy nissan.

They tacked on a bunch of unnecessary services to a normal oil change. For 15,000 miles they changed the oil, performed a brake fluid flush, changed the cabin air filter, replaced the perfectly adequate windshield wipers, and charged me for something related to the fuel system, none of which was detailed to me before servicing my car. The owners manual says that the brake fluid flush should not be performed until 20,000 miles and only in extreme circumstances. A $78 oil changed up-charged to $400 for literally 0 benefit.

I decided I'm going to leave as many bad reviews for this company as I can. It has now been 2 months that they have had my car. I am starting to feel like this company is doing something shady with my car. The mechanic will say he is going to call, and never calls. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Not even to change my oil or fix a flat tire. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't take your car or buy a car from this place worst Fucking people ever. Service department told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle prior to warranty expiring. Take my car to another Dealership just shortly warranty is over (2months later) and I have $8,5000 in maintenance that needs to be done.Nice

Had to drop off my car to get worked on. Worst customer service ever. Told them if anyone could take me home and they asked if I had someone that could pick me up. After that came back to drop off on a later day cause they told me they would have a rental. Ended up having to get a Lyft and they only cover $15. My vehicle only has 1000 miles. How is this good customer service? Spoke to manager and they said that's the best they can do. I must first say please read and pay close attention to the reviews. They are truly here for a reason. I'm going to try and keep this short straight and to the point. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I am now living with deep regret. This dealer ship is crap!! Customer service is terrible and they act like they are doing you a favor by trying to take your money. They used cars over over-priced and in terrible condition. You buy from them and you will be going to the repair shop soon afterwards in the car that you get from them.

We bought a used car from them back in August. We were coming from Oklahoma and called to talk with them before hand after we saw the type of car we wanted on their website. They assured us that it had been fully inspected and was in great shape. We got there and did a test drive and everything seemed in order. Bad experience at Trophy Nissan in in Mesquite, Texas. So I have been going back and forth with this dealership to purchase a new Nissan pathfinder. I end up dealing with Andrew Maritim. Really nice guy. He told me that at Trophy Nissan they pride themselves in not adding a market adjustment on the vehicles and all they do is add a $1995 dealer package which includes tiny, wheel locks etc. he asked me if I have a trade in and I said no.
