I brought two vehicles from this dealership and with most people the sales staff was great. However, my interactions with the service team and management has been a complete nightmare. First, off they force some type of service plan in the price of the car abut then refuse to do anything what the service provides. the service team will lie to you and just tell you anything just to get you out of the shop. Bought a 2015 Hyundai (for my daughter) from Trophy Nissa Mesquite used car lot around 130,000 miles. Sales team was great, car was what we expected. No issues. Part of the deal was a 2 year free oil change. This is where the problem is. They scheduled 1st oil change. My daughter shows up and they change oil and the proceed to show her all the problems of the car we just bought from them and why they need to be fixed immediately. They don't like to answer the phone...I am trying to get certain bolts for my Nissan Sentra and was told to call at 3:00 but no one wants to pick up the phone so I have to take my business elsewhere my buddies at Oreillys will take care of me in Seagoville. I was there a day ago and drove 30mins to this Trophy Nissan, waste of gas, time and money Do not come here

Most of the employees over there have bad attitude. I tried to make a battery warranty valid because it's not working at all and the employee told me that the battery has to be installed at the vehicle but I just told you that it's not working at all I said, his answer was well then you have to towing your car

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Trophy Nissan during my recent visit for a basic oil change on my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. I brought my vehicle in, running perfectly fine, for what should have been a routine service. Instead, this experience turned into a nightmare. After waiting an hour and a half despite having an appointment, I was told my back brakes and filter needed to be replaced. I declined these additional services and received my vehicle back. Warning! Stay away from Trophy Nissan. The salespeople are scumbags and will attempt to overcharge you on an online discounted car. Having excellent credit means nothing here.I walked.The car was a 2024 model with year close out incentive. The finance guy took back all the incentives and rebates bringing the price over 48K.

Worst experience ! I am very disappointed with my service experience. I dropped my car off with my regular service advisor, Jose Garcia. ( He is the best) on Tuesday due to my car's camera messing up. I received a rental car for the time being until it got fixed. The car given to me was a 2025 nissan kicks. I drove the car from the dealership straight home which is only 7 minutes away. I woke up Wednesday morning to use the vehicle and noticed it had a flat tire with a huge nail in it.
