Took my vehicle I bought at this dealership 2 months ago to get a low tire pressure checked out. Made an appointment a few days ago and Im literally still here waiting and my vehicle hasnt even been brought into the garage FOUR HOURS LATER.

Absolutely trash. Andrew sold me a car that was faulty. I bought a brand new 2024 freaking car and it died on me every 2 days!!! This is ridiculous and then when they say I have a warranty but not at every Nissan dealership. I'm asking myself is this real!?!?

Recently, I tried to purchase a kicks Niss. It was not front line ready to show and smelled bad. They wanted to charge me 249.00 to clean it with other stuff put on my purchase order already came with the Kicks Niss. I gave them 500.00 to hold the truck the next day I change my mind cuz it triggered my asthma. The refuse to give my money back with No policy refund on my receipt. So upset with sales department. I wish I could have shop on another dealer. Went on line looking for a car Renzo Rodriguez started calling and arranging a meeting. I went and saw the car I wanted and went to sign all the papers. Bingo information about miles on car were wrong so I had to go back so Cesar Maciel could write them right. I had my car serviced in May, oil changed and tires rotated. I have had this car for over a year and never had any problems with the tires or hubcaps until I had my tires rotated. All of a sudden I'm driving down the street and i hear my hubcap rolling across the street. i was able to stop and get it. I had someone to put it back on. Then it was gone again, this time I don't know where it came off. I haven't had an accident and again, no problems until I had my tires rotated. Bought a car from here about a month in a half ago came to do the first oil change and left home after waiting almost two hours to get it done. Once we got home the a/c for some reason was still going on full blast while the ignition was off. My dad had to take off the fan fuse for it to turn off. I don't know what they did but not only is this my only vehicle but I also live an hour in a half from here to be having to deal with this. I am very upset with these people! I hope a manger reaches out to help me with this issue.

OMG!!!! This is not even the last place you need to result to looking for a car. They are horrible! They had my daughter pay $963 for car insurance for a car she was not even approved for. Then had her call me for them to try and swindle me of being a co signer for something that my daughter was able to accomplish herself. They then gave her other options for vehicle's that shouldn't even be on a lot of any dealership. It was pitiful. The customer care was pathetic. How does Trophy Nissan tack on $2500+ worth of useless dealer add-ons get such a high rating?! The dealer told me that the Trophy Protection package has been added to all of their vehicle's for over 48 years. I say they have been gouging customers for over 48 years. $450 for nitrogen (air is free); wheel locks $200 (Trophy Nissan parts dept. $60); door edge guards $400 (I could belabor the point but nuff said)... I've been here two hours for my scheduled appointment for free oil change and service. It is crowded. Not enough seats. No updates. Only excuses. Avoid this place at all costs. Do it yourself in your driveway. Save time money and get better service elsewhere. My free service only cost $130.
