I purchased a 2017 Nissan Cargo Van from Trophy Nissan and had a fantastic experience because of my salesman, Robert Williams. Mr. Williams walked me through from the beginning to the end. He was the ultimate professional. I would recommend Mr. Williams to anyone who is not only looking for a great vehicle but a great salesman who genuinely cares. Thanks Robert

Drove 5 Hours to purchase from an online ad. Everything about the car was as advertised, no disappointments. The salesman and staff were very friendly and courteous. Fast transaction and back on my way. Thanks a lot Trophy Nissan!

The sales people are scam artists. They wait until you complete a loan application and then tell you the car secretly costs an additional $4000. Complete bait and switch. When you tell them no they try to pressure you and strong arm you into moving forward. I cannot fathom how these soulless jerks sleep at night. Buy a car literally anywhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of. EDIT: Mary, I keep trying to reach you but your employees keep telling me that you don't exist or they just hang up on me or tell me to no... read more

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS!!! My fiancé took time off of his work today to go look at a 2022 Nissan Kicks listed at $14,499 and drove an hour to go see it. He got there and test drove the car, and then decided that he was going to purchase it. AFTER applying for the loan and getting approved, they came in and said that actually they were going to charge about $18,000 for it due to work that they did on it last month. Apparently the GM "forgot" to update the price. That very clearly is not what happened. When my fiancé inquired... read more

My experience at Trophy Nissan was extremely frustrating. I came in for a specific vehicle that was advertised, but when I arrived, I was told the keys were "misplaced" and then informed the car was not available. Management explained that it was a trade-in where the original owner didn't pay the higher deposit, so they returned the vehicle -- but it was still being advertised online. In fact, they took it off their own website but it still shows available on CarFax, which is misleading. This felt like a bait-and-switch tact... read more

I took my Nissan Pathfinder to Trophy. I explained the engine sensor light was on and the car engine was making an unusual sound. The dealer sent me away without fixing the problem. How do experienced mechanics mix a faulty timing chain? When an 82 year old woman knows something is wrong with a car engine, how does an experienced mechanic miss it? I questioned the attendant and he assured me the car was throughly checked. Yeah, right!

Customer service must improve. Too much wait time for an oil change. Employees should provide an estimate about how long it will take for oil change for customers to decide to wait or reschedule the service. More than 2 hours without completing the service or providing updates to the customer is unacceptable.

I went into have a faulty sensor replaced. The dash get showing an engine light, but the engine was fine. the sensor light needed replacing. i mentioned this several times to the maintenance rep who communicated with me. When the car had been inspected for everything else, I owed $400 plus for two filters being changed and radiator fluid and one other fluid being changed. i asked three times about the engine light. it was on when I drove into Trophy Nissan. The maintenance person (Matthew?) actually said, " What engine ligh... read more
