Since we are all working from home these days I decided to sell one of my vehicles. Several dealerships offered me fair prices but Zohair Quddusi beat everyone else's price and was fantastic to deal with. I have heard their dealership adds many times talking about excellent service and it is absolutely true!

I have bought 3 automobiles from this location. Each time that I have went I have been treated with upmost respect. I have also had to take my cars in to get worked on and every time they have been more than fair. They don't try to nickel and dime you to death with repairs. This is a very honest place and they have integrity. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership!

Bought a car online from here during the whole Corona virus lockdown. Got the model, color and bells and whistles that I wanted. Car was delivered to the house. Excellent service. Love the car!

Okay, so I got in touch with Randall Shutter with Trophy and he explained the price structure to me. The $223 is what my wife paid for a four wheel alignment, plus three other items she didn't want with this service. The last time her car was serviced (last year), they told us THIS service wouldn't cost anything, so it was amazing to me that she got out the door owing over $200. Often a Company do not live up to its word, A man word is his bond. Today, I found out that Billy Thomas help to solve our problems with our autos. It is very hard when you have two accidents in the same day and you are not at fault. When the Insurance companies refuses to work with you, Trophy Nissan in Mesquite will step up to help. Very helpful crew who do whatever to get you the best deal. Two people that were very helpful were Andrew who was incredibly helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted! And Kevin Washington in the finance department who did whatever he could to help us reach our goal! Highly recommend them definitely take the time to explain all options and help you decide which is best for you.

All of the bad reviews here remind me of the horrible experience I had at the Nissan dealership in Richardson several years ago. I'm happy to say my recent experience at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite was much better. I never would have suggested buying a new car here, but the research had already been done, and my mother knew exactly what car she wanted. We had the great pleasure of working with Mo.
