As soon as you enter the lot, they are on you like flies on a stinky cow. I got caught up chatting online. I wanted something that was prematurely set on their site. Came in late in the evening. I wanted the car, but I played the helpless I don't know what I am doing act. I played through their tactics. It was clear to see that they are there to push, not comfort. The experience at Trophy Nissan has been an easy one ! No ridiculous haggling over rate or price . Malik Joesph has been tremendous in helping me trade out of my 2016 Altima into my new 2017 Murano. The overall experience was better than a previous dealer that tried to get me to take a higher rate and bottom price. The sales experience was pleasant. Jennifer Carol the GM was 1st class. If you're serious and want a straight deal go to Trophy Nissan , no gimmicks.

My new car buying experience at Trophy was great because of Jett Reed! He is knowledgeable and pleasant. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the financing department.

My visit to Trophy Nissan was my first experience with buying a car. Jett was my salesman. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his job. He was willing to explain everything thoroughly and take his time answering our questions. He was also able to get us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted which was most important to us.

I am putting the four because there is not a 4.5 rating. We had to wait a considerable amount of time to get into financing. It was a little bit frustrating. The actual process was good, but the wait time was frustrating. I do; however, want to point out our outstanding salesperson. Shout out to Ashley Craven for excellent service and all her helpful information in helping us make a more informed decision about a future prospective car purchase. She has offered information on used and new vehicles, all their purchase options (cash down, financing or leasing), has informed us of tons of dealer perks like the awesome oil change prices, how affordable their cars are, purchase points, sale of existing vehicles and so much more. Francisco Santos was very helpful when it came to purchasing my 2013 Nissan Rogue ! I was referred by a friend of mines and I am so happy I choose to go to Nissan for my new car. Having someone so patient and informative like him really helped a lot. He has great customer service skills. If you go to Trophy Nissan in mesquite ask for Francisco Santos.
