I just got my car back from Trophy Nissan Collision. I have never been so pleased with a car repair experience. They did such a perfect job fixing my car, did it in a timely manner, and the customer service was just completely above and beyond. I worked primarily with Jeremy Flowers, but I also had great service from the girls at the front desk and the connected Eneterprise car rental. I had an excellent service appointment today because of Santos. He was very friendly and explained my options to me. He even had my car done earlier than estimated and communicated to me throughout the process. I dread getting the car serviced but today was a great experience because of Santos. Pre-owned dealership: Good if you just need help getting approved for financing. Cautions: --Get a direct phone # and email address for your salesperson, in case you realize a problem after rolling off the lot with your newly purchased car. (A 2nd contact is ideal, bc my salesperson left soon after my purchase.) --Check the tires, and other features you might take for granted that a quality pre-owned dealership would address. --Don't give into pressure for adding the $3,000 mechanical contract, if you really can't afford... read more
