No extra blankets in the closet The elevators ,all of them smelled moldy The ventilation system in the smoking area does not seem to work properly, the smoke just lingers. It’s gross. Very Poor I was locked out of my room before checking out and it was before 11 am. I had to seek out a housekeeper to unlock my room so I could gather my belongings. There was no extra blanket, only 2 sheets and a bedspread. I had to call several times and eventually went downstairs to request a blanket. It was a chilly night, therefore, I needed more blankets. The valet parking was super long to get our car, 45 minutes.

Staff was great however the hotel itself was dingy and rundown Room was dated, peeling wallpaper, not thoroughly cleaned. Smoke smell was too much. Restaurants

Disappointing It was not very clean and was very Smokey in the non smoking section. The whole casino smelled like smoke There was a lot to do and it was close to the hook which was nice
