ok I was charged a $20 for late checkout fee. after waiting more the 20 minutes for a kiosk to checkout, I ended up checking out at 11:14am the room was not well cleaned, and the shower fauset was broken

Great except for the room. Our hotel room was 85 degrees the entire time we were there. We tried putting on the air conditioning to 65 degree to cool it down, but it stayed 85 degree. It was a legit sauna. The location of the hotel was perfect and the amount of stores/restaurants they offer is great.

I couldn’t sleep. I had a panic attack in my room I was in the North Tower . On the 5th floor… very Ghetto There is alot to do in Tropicana

Uncomfortable, could not wait to leave. Not the getaway I expected! The Havana tower room carpets made me feel like I stayed at motel 6. That mainly ruined my experience. The halls have a musty unpleasant odor. It seemed like no matter how much I adjusted the thermostat, it was freezing. Not as luxury as the other towers I've stayed in. Cost was good, view was good ,honored my request to change to a lower floor, , good set up in the room, close to the Parking lot
