Did NOT get the room booked and paid for. I reserved and paid for a North Deluxe Room, 1 King Non Smoking. When we checked in, the room was not what I had booked. It was a level down. It was a false advertisement. The room could have provided with tooth brushes and tooth paste but non of that were provided. It had a partial ocean view.

Bad Chelsea tower room was so far from everything and just gross. Walls/ceiling leaking, dusty old carpet, peeling wallpaper

Fair Found a live roach in our room on day 1. We were offered to be moved to a different room with a King bed instead of the 2 queen beds that we booked. The manager at the front desk offered to provide a cot in the room (the cot was never provided) and $50 food and beverage voucher. That's it. Completely unacceptable but we had no choice but to accept it. Housekeeping Staff was very polite and helpful.

upgrade this facility I had to switch rooms due lack of cleanliness of the bathroom, then when i did change rooms i expected better the room was bigger however the bed was lumpy, the bathroom shower and sink wasn't clean, the lamp shades where dusty, also their wasn't enough towels, good i brought my own towels, also their was a weird noise within the room not sure what it was, just that it was annoying, also the carpet was smelly, all around the tropicana needs an upgrade furniture and better staff to clean alot better, fro... read more

The room was beautiful and large but warm. We had the AC set for 60 degrees and were still sweating in the Havana tower The staff at the desks were impatient and spoke about their clients in front of them. They were helpful to me but I did not appreciate their attitudes towards an older couple. The perfect location. Easy to park and find great restaurants.

You ruined my anniversary Everything except the staff on door bell. The location was great, and the hotel and casino experience was very bad. The restaurant was great. Our room has a cigatet smell, too dark towels was not enough for two days stay since the rooms weren't cleaned our whole stay. Casino was so smelly with cigarettes. And more......

It was ok The smell , the long walks to the rooms , the rooms were smelly , the wall paper peeling. The long walks to get ice . The convenience of not having to go outside to do anything

Almost average We upgraded to a suite, honestly the room was way outdated and had a mildew smell to it So so, view from the room was nice
