Chelsea Tower Is Too Far The location of the room in the Chelsea Tower was too far of a walk for me. Had I known that I would have to do a lot a walking I wouldn't have chosen that room. The bed kept moving it was not secure on the bed frame. I liked the price and the variety of restaurants.

Horrible. Won’t be staying at the Tropicana again The room smelled horribly. Greatfully I brought a candle I was able to light everytime we were in the room. It smelt like sewage. There’s no microwave to warm your food which doesn’t make any sense at all. When i asked staff they said “staff has but guest dont “ The walk to the Chelsea tower rooms made no sense in my opinion. We went downstairs to report the room. It was our wedding anniversary, first time ever in AC and was so excited to see Room wasn’t cleaned. Sink and toilet was gross and white powder all over the sink counter which was alarming. Location was perfect and got to see Jamey Johnson. Very convenient, lots to do inside casino

ok I was charged a $20 for late checkout fee. after waiting more the 20 minutes for a kiosk to checkout, I ended up checking out at 11:14am the room was not well cleaned, and the shower fauset was broken

Great except for the room. Our hotel room was 85 degrees the entire time we were there. We tried putting on the air conditioning to 65 degree to cool it down, but it stayed 85 degree. It was a legit sauna. The location of the hotel was perfect and the amount of stores/restaurants they offer is great.
