Disappointing
It’s a mostly great place, but I was left with a chill. Staff made me feel unwelcome. Just sayin’ Fun atmosphere Nicely updated/modernized

Very Poor The room was old.. also is hard to find the room i was in the 5th floor .. walking around not too much sign where to go.. also the front desk for check in it was 1 people. It was an hour wait to get me room, how come it was only one person work when is holiday. So i got there at 10.30pm got the room at 12am with 2 young kids. Not too mention the smoke is like everywhere even in the hotel room that i stayed wt kids. So def not a kids friendly hotel if you have young kids Is has parking i think.

Fair I was not given the room I originally booked and was put in the old chelsea tower at the hotel which was far from everything, the room was very outdated and not the cleanest, rug was gross. the club and casino was fine

Terrible, only pro to this hotel is the location The room was absolutely atrocious. It began when going into the room and finding the floor soaked, cleaners claimed it was from cleaning. I’d also like to know, what cleaning? There was hair on the wall, a thick layer of dust behind the behind and nightstands, and dust on the windowsill. Only ONE outlet worked in the entire room, which was the one by the sink. All others were very loose and the chargers fell right out of the wall outlet.
