Wasn’t bad but directions to garage were awful Trying to get through the buildings to the parking garages. Every stairway smelled like dirty people and urine I liked the room and shops

Worst room ever for the money. The parking garage signage to get to the next level was non existent. The room was old with paint chipping off the walls, TV was small, and the temp controls were the worst. and it put us in a bad mood. Nothing

Not good Spent a minimum of 2 hours on hold with front desk throughout the day asking for toilet paper & garbage bags to be sent to the room. The wait time for elevators throughout was at least 1 hour. Escalators continued to break along with elevators throughout the week. Spent most our week waiting Room was clean Location was ok

Elevator situation no good We were in the west tower on the 39th floor. We had to wait and wait for elevators that were stuffed every time they arrived at our floor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the view was decent

Very disappointed in the room.casino was impressive restaurants were great Room was not very clean. Bed change wasn’t completely finished. Room was very dated. Dresser was sticky Hallway was dirty Location

Don’t waste your money Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Service at Tropicana Casino The service at Tropicana Casino was extremely poor. The room service was terrible, and the room was filthy. The furniture was old and worn-out. I went to the service manager, who told me it was impossible to change the room despite its revolting condition. There were vomit stains on the window glass (likely from someone vomiting from the upper floors). Non Smoking Room but had strong smoking smell To check in took more than 15 minutes they didn't tell me what was the problem.....and we we go to our room 1714 wich was in Chelsea towers ....we were totally disappointed because the room had strong smoking smell it was unbearable " but has the non smoking sign in front of the TV"so I had to go to the front desk to change the room but the front desk lady told me that they cannot change the room, but I told her I requested a NON SMOKING ROOM....and she called the supervisor and ... read more
