Bad The wait for the elevator was up to an hour every time because out of the 5 elevators in the tower 3 didn't work at all 1 ran but stoped at every floor up and down leaving one fully working elevator. The people you are in line with are all really pissed of (rightfully so) but it makes the wait even worse. The elevators weren’t fully working, wait times were way too long and overcrowded. Very disappointing. For the price we It was old, not clean, ripped sheets, dusty, had musty smell I like that there are stores and restaurants on site.

It was very very disappointing It just not a good value for the type of money spent and it smells like something died on my room floor, I reported it to No avail. We had to pay for breakfast on the boardwalk, we were told the hotel doesn't include anything accept wifi

Horrible I booked a room with 2 beds no rug and ocean view. I got 1 bed rug and view of parking garage in west tower. Elevators took forever. I never had cell phone service I was told when I check in I only owed $350 however I had to pay $500 and I put $127 deposit in may. So the math don't seem right. I still haven't received my deposit back

It’s close to the beach Too many issue with the elevators and transporting to different area of the hotel I ate no breakfast.

Not My favorite casino hotel, disappointed The room smelled like smoke or an ash trey, the room floor was filthy and needs to be steam cleaned. The small chair in the room was so stained and gross. There was food, dust, hair under the sink/corner in the bathroom. The bathroom vent in the shower was full of dust. The picture opposite of the sink has not been wiped down in forever from hairspray and products that people spray on their hair. There were food crumps on the floor.
