Disappointing The hallway smell like cat urine. The pool is close too early 5 ,6or 7 PM. The adult pool you had to pay for chairs or you sat on the ground. The indoor pool was closed one day because there was no lifeguard no microwave in the room. The elevators didn’t work properly sometimes had to wait half an hour for the elevator, the area where the ice machine had a foul smell. The parking garage was too far away. The vending machine was broken. Beach was close

Horrible The rooms in Chelsea tower are dirty, mold in bathroom,wallpaper coming down and yellow stains on side of bed, would never go back there again, and elevators did not work half the time.

Enjoyed the beach. Staff awful and facilities soooo dirty. FILTHY!! and rude staff. Charged credit card early check in fee without mentioning it first. Sooo dirty. The beach is great. The newer part of hotel w shops and restaurants nice.

Very Poor Very dirty, everywhere u went was a line. Ice macine not working. Most of the time elevators took over an hour to get ur floor. Multiple times walked stairs from the 40th floor to get out, that was after waiting a hour and a half. When went to lobby dest to say something was told manager would call me, never did. Everywhere i went outside I was approached by people looking for money, cigarettes, ect. Was even asked if I wanted drugs. Never again!!! Location to the beach and boardwalk.

Not worth the money at all. Never gonna stay there AC doesn’t work; the room temperature was like 85; couldn’t sleep at night; have to stay outside most of the night for the uncomfortable temperature. The room carpet gives you a very old vibe; the room smells like old. The location
