Terrible Terrible experience. I was given a completely different room than what I reserved online. It's a shame. On top of that, the parking lot service was horrible and incredibly slow. The front desk staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. This stay was a major disappointment and definitely not worth the price. Bad
Much improvement needed Restaurants and the quarter Pool hours are ridiculous and make it impossible to use at an overnight trip. No human at the front desk at checkout time or at 8:30 pm to ask for help with anything. The Indoor pool is just scary.

Not remotely worth the price. Hallways and elevators that smelled of urine, found a bug in my bed, elevators had extremely long lines in hot heat, general maintenance needed (my hotel room had bubbled walls from leaks, and rust stains in the tub). Beach access, staff and vendor friendliness.
