Bad My boyfriend and I were in our room when a Guest on our floor knocked on the door and stuck a toilet plunger to our door . I will never stay at this resort ever again. Worst experience!

Poor They overbooked the first night and still made me pay to be there because i had booked through booking.com. I did early check in at 11am and had friends receive a room after I got there. When I went to check my status for early check in they said they overbooked by accident and I wouldn't have a room in the North Tower. They wouldn't refund me for the night. Disappointing. The rooms showed were new and modern. We were put in the old part of the hotel which was very run down and dirty. Very disappointing. It was a very long and confusing journey to our room. The adult rooftop pool.

It wasn’t worth the amount of money that we paid to stay here The room was not cleaned well, the beds were highly uncomfortable, you get 4 pillows that are the smallest pillows you can ever have on a bed which was very disappointing It was a great location for the beach and boardwalk, plenty of places to shop and gamble as well

This hotel was extremely dirty! Our room was dirty — shower had hair, carpet sticky and dirty, mirror filthy. The entire Parking was 25.00! The pool was the size of a bathroom! This hotel was Nasty — the hotel carpet smelled like pee and smoke! The room was dirty! Informed the staff — they did nothing!

Had fun at the casino and beach was great walking distance. Hotel room was disappointing!! I saw your website and it convinced me to stay at this hotel. Website showed nice clean rooms. When I checked into the room it was very old fashion. Gave me the feeling of checking into a motel. Old fashion wall paper and rugs. Gave me a dirty feeling.
