Fair First, trying to connect with a REAL PERSON at front desk was impossible. Everything was Over priced...Bottled water was 5 to 6 dollars. The beds were very comfortable.

Go some where else! Extemely disapointed my trip consisted of waiting for elevators. Elevators in the parking garage and in hotel. I pretty much paid to wait around for 2 of the 5 working elevators for Havana Tower. Parking garage elevators were 2 of the 4. I almost passed out from the heat waiting for the elevators. I want a refund.

Not recommended in summer time Check in took long time,Room service was so bad , bad smell in the floor , Elevators were terrible waiting sometimes more than half an hour, Indoor & Outdoor pools were gross, Location only

Disappointing The original room in the West Tower did not match the pictures I originally booked. The room we got was dirty and very disappointing. The manager Zaire corrected an issue promptly.

Okay! The rooms were not really clean the bathrooms especially, the shower head yuck! The hidden fees upon checking out, I didnt even use the casino but yet I had to pay for it. There was a lot inside the resort and I didn’t really have to leave the building.

Smelly room, dirty stained carpet and a physical altercation in the hallway by drunk riffraf The price, our room was not clean nor was it worth $400 a night. we were greeted by a group of young riffraff having a drunken physical fight outside our room as we got off the elevator. The room was dirty, with several things haven been broken and not repaired. It smelled and the carpet was stained to the point it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed.
