$800 Letdown Everything about the hotel sucked. The tower our room was in smelled dank and our room smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes with a faint fresh cigarette smoke smell continously circulating through the ventilation. After sleeping through the night, my son is now complaining of a scratchy throat. There were NO towels in our room. I had to dry off with a sandy beach towel we fortuitously took back with us from the pool. I requested towels 4 times. Twice by phone and twice in person. The only pool that kids are ... read more

Disgusting hotel rooms and hallways. Indoor pool was also disgusting. Would never go back. Room was absolutely disgusting. Hallway smelled like old urine, carpeting in room was stained with what looked like old vomit, air vent had 1/4 inch of dust, nobody came to clean the room in a 3 night visit, and the elevator didn’t stop at our floor when we pressed the down button! I was glad it was only for the night Dirty Old The walk to the Chelsea Tower was awful And no service/ towels vending machines were broke on our floor It was last minute and it wouldn’t be my first choice so the fact that I could get a room was a plus

Bad A/c didn't work talk to couple didn't seam to care at all room was hot no fun to stay in at all. Floor in hall was wet smelled just worst stay we have had here in the years we have been coming Location and casino

I would not stay at this location again or recommend anyone to stay here. The room did not match the description. The service was not so great. The housekeeping staff was not responsive. Not much of the stay was enjoyable.
