Terrible Very low water pressure, toilet was clogged, shower was difficult to wash off with such little pressure. floor in room was dirty, TV was out of date and super small, fridge wasn't working. Smoking in the casino was difficult to breath seemed like no ventilation. Room was furthest from elevator. Name for check-in was backwards....took longer for you front desk to check me in. Bad No microwave tv didn't work no complimentary tooth brush no hot water

Not worth it. I can stay at Hardrock (Newer) and have no issues like that. Phone system and PBS - awful Front desk not friendly at all. Walk from West Tower to Lobby ridiculous. Garage at 30.00???? For overnight guest???? Lots of choices for dining.

We booked a room months ago with an ocean view, and they switched us to something else without one. My husband booked an ocean view room in one tower, and we get there, and we were told there were no more of those rooms in that tower. We didn't understand since we had booked that room months in advance. They said they "upgraded" us in the other tower. The other tower wasn't near any of the things we wanted. They said there was still the ocean view, which there wasn't, and I didn't see any "upgrade". A bit disappointed.

Very uncomfortable stay. Stressful! Bed was very uncomfortable. When you are handed a map at check in is a red flag. It took 20 minutes to find someone to help us find the Chelsea Tower and another 15 min walk is ridiculous. Then it took us 30 minutes to find the restaurant we were meeting friends for dinner. SIGNAGE WOULD HELP. I felt like I was in an escape room and couldn’t get out. Distance to my home. The food at Taco and tequila was amazing and so was the waiter! Hash, go, go was also amazing
