Poor The room was very dated the floors in the room were damaged and scratch up. No sufficient furniture in the room I like the many restaurants and entertainment that the casino had to offer

It was just OK ! The check in was awful. The girl was training she didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. Said my son’s reservation was in the same tower and it wasn’t. Very disappointed in check in . The palms restaurant was great and the service in the restaurant was great as well as the food .

Fair Our room was close to the elevator, there was a party going on next-door and they were pretty loud all night The location was good and we liked the quarter which is a little place where the shops and restaurants are

Disappointing I spent $300 for the room, and the fellow guests were incredibly inconsiderate, screaming and partying into the wee hours of the morning. Planning could have been done to avoid this. I tried calling the front desk, but it kept trying to avoid send me to a person.

Disappointed, I wanted a quick nice get away and was riddled with hotel schedules. Everything , facilities need updating.Staff needs training and etiquette. Nostalgia other than that everything needs to be upgraded including the website accuracy for spa and expectations. Totally ruined my birthday experience.
