Update The floor I was on smelled like mold, and the ice machine was broken. Also, they should put signs to where the main lobby is. Had to go through the whole casino with luggage. The worst part was paying a different price than expected and them not honoring the booking.com price. Picture below is when I called front desk to ask how to turn on heat, and she tells me they should be a sign that says open or something along those lines. It is obvious that this property is outdated and in need of repair. Management is neglecting their job.Dissapointing! Well unfortunately there weren’t many things during our one night stay that were good. Our room was nice but the ac was barely working. Next were the elevators. The doors look dirty and the wait for them was ridiculous. When we checked out we waited with many people but the elevator never came so we decided to take the stairs down 18 floors! Y’all are racists Security treated me and my boyfriend like a criminal. Guest services for lost and found was super rude. My room was not up to date. The dresser had wholes in in and floor wasn’t vacuumed. We’re removed from the hotel for not reporting we had weapon. My boyfriend is a police officer and he was carrying his weapon like always. Other than other guests it was great One people next door to room 875 were high, slammmjng doors at 4am and pot smell was in our room ftom them. We were afraid to say anything. It is clean and convenient.
