I’ve stayed at the Tropicana before but never in the Chelsea tower. Will definitely look into other options moving forwa The chelsea tower is terrible, outdated rooms smell of humidity, smoke. Carpet was wet and mold in the shower On the Boardwalk

Never felt this way at any other stay very unwelcoming Staff would hang up on you and refuse to talk or answer any questions absolutely horrible service don’t understand how they can still be in business Horrible staff

Our stay was decent. The room was not what we were expecting and it wasn’t clean and had an odd smell to it The Chelsea tower was not comfortable and it had a funny smell in the building, out shower was missing a door and it was not clean It was family friendly

Bad There wasn't customer service of where to go, no bathroom tooth paste or toothbrush. They didn’t clean the rooms. I got 2 rooms and asked the rooms to be together and it wasn't. Never again. Nothing at all
