Like the hotel, but not the room! Bathroom door is all translucent glass, so when someone uses the bathroom during the night, it brightly lights up the whole room/sleeping area--definitely poor planning and unpleasant for guest trying to sleep. Also, no hot water in AM-ran water for 20 minutes and wasjust barely warm-finally gave up!

Never will go there again Prices were high. Didn't see any winners. Paid $150 upgrade to have a view and a chair in the room. The window was so dirty to see out. Hard to see the ocean and the heat didn't work. Called the front desk and maintenance 4 times and no answer. The check in was at valet. Too far to self park and walk to check in. Really needed to do bell boy. Called customer service and they gave me 5000 rewards points which is $50. Can't get into rewards. Not a good experience, plus my father got robbed $80.
