Disappointed in the overall condition of the room and cleanliness. The room was dirty, unswept, old, linens stained, wall dirty, dusty and not what I expected. The Quarter was the best part of this stay.

Beware The staff was rude from the time I checked in. The person that checked us in stated we didn’t have a reservation. Then when we got the reservation number she we off to help six people before us skipped over us like we wasn’t there to go help a wheelchair person. Not only that was spending my hard earn money in the casino for the waitresses to be rude about bringing drinks. I will never stay here again It was in a nice area for what I needed done.

Poor The room needed cleaning I had to clean it myself. Some of the lights didn't work the TV did not work. I told the front desk and no one came to fix it Nothing at all
