Fair The room was a bit dated and even though it was a non-smoking room, we could smell marijuana in the surrounding corridors. Elevator access was inadequate for the number of people. The room was clean.

I checked out the same day I arrived that’s how horrible my experience was My room was so outdated and didn’t look like the pictures. It smelled horrible, and the heater didn’t work… Nothing at all, I checked out the same day I arrived

Please keep your standards up. We love you!! This was the worst of experiences I have had of the many times we went to our home away from home, and the refrigerator didn't work, but we dealt with it. Vending machine on floor was completely sold out of everything. Heat was not heating.the night of Day 2 and day one was hubby birthday .
