Fair Got lost a couple of times trying to get to my room it was a maze to much trouble just to get to the hotel room

Not worth what we paid for Old Tvsystem,no extra blankets, The bedroom need an update. Only one thin blanket.the sheets were wrinkled, tv was old and only some cable tv available. No Netflix or any type of internet tv.

an overpriced night of sleep pretty sure I was charged twice for resort fees and state taxes. Once by Booking.com and also by Tropicana. Then having to pay for parking at the place I am staying at is a ridiculous Staff was great

A dirty room. I would have fared better in Motel 6 Everything A bad experience..unclean. Inconvenient location. The room was dirty. This place needs renovations. I was very disappointed in these accommodations.My last time going there.

It was ok There was no were to eat in the room had no desk / chair, and there was a nasty stain in the rug in the south tower executive room we had...they told us they could upgrade our room for 65 bucks more . That was not happening. So they gave us a 50 food voucher... Loved the gilcrist for breakfast
