Worse hotel stay in Atlantic city. I would not recommend. Elevators were dirty, surrounding were dirty. it was difficult to reach the kitchen/ housekeeping- i was on hold for 30mins no answer. Ice machine in our floor is not working. I have to go to other floor to get ice . Restaurant options

Will never stay at Tropicana Casino ever again. We don’t recommend. Our family stay wasn’t as we expected. Uncomfortable mattresses, too much noise, receptionist at front desk not knowledgeable. The guy at the garage exit told us we could exit and go to another casino garage with the receipt without having to pay. We went to Ceasers and they didn’t honor the receipt and had to pay. After 2am Casino had homeless people inside the premises. Ok

Tropicana needs some work Room was a 10 minute walk from check in very confusing to get back and forth to the Chelsea tower I had no idea that tower was separate from everything else in tropicana Room was dusty, shower walls covered in soap and some hair. Very lumpy matteress No table to comfortably eat at for 2 people(we stayed for 5 days) and only one normal chair also I had to screw the legs back onto the ottoman. elevator kept closing on people i had multiple people warn me of the elevator doors. Its an average room but ambience of the hotelis good There are no much facilities in the room. In the room description it is written as sea facing, but it’s actually not and the freezer in the room is not working. Ambience and Atmosphere inside hotel is good

Bad I asked for a non smoke room, and the room was smelling really bad smoke. Really old bedroom, all the walls were with mold, and losing the painting.
