Fun getaway but with a lot of hassles. Check in and check out was a complete hassle that took way longer than any hotel I've ever been at. They use a kiosk system instead of real people. It took forever to check in and even longer to check out. Usually all you have to do is leave the room keys at the front desk and you are on your way. Checking out through the kiosk took over 10 minutes. Also on the day of check out, all elevators in the building were down. We were going for a quick overnight stay and nothing went well. I tried call in the morning bc our blow dryer did not work and I could not can anyone on the phone to help. The night before we had to go to 3 different ice machines until be found one that worked. Honestly these were the 2 amenities that we needed and they couldn’t help with either . Poor Rooms are very old bathrooms smell like mold rooms smell like snoke Nothing that it was Atlantic city

Ok The toilet bowl was ot up to date. The cabinet to the fridge door was rotten.i found left over food under chair. The bed was comfortable. I had a live person to text for Information I needed. By communicating with a live person. Maintenance was able to come clug up the sink.

Decent The maintenance of this hotel is lacking. There was rust and what looked like mold on the walls in the bathroom. We were there 4 nights, on the 3rd day we asked for towels (the cleaning people hadn’t come) and it took 4 HOURS!!!! and multiple complaints. overall the hotel was decent! i got a discounted rate but had i paid the actual rate, I would have been VERY displeased.
