Not good, very disappointing The Chelsea Tower was falling apart in the hallway, constantly smelled the marijuana. They have an app called Ivy which you text for service. On our first night there we text for blankets and extra towels and we finally received a blanket on the third and last night there. Went down to the front desk to also request blankets and a few towels and still nothing. For 52 hours we were told they were on their way. I would never stay there again. The casino was nice

Very dissappointing There were no staff available to guide us. I had to reach the cleaning service staff to ask how to get to the room. We never found the spa nor the indoor pool. The TV is too old and we could not use any platform to watch movies.

Very nice except for understanding the bill I can’t figure out the bill My receipt says $387 the one they gave me when I checked out My bank account is saying g t You took $507 out of my account I don’t understand Has a lot to do

Bad Property is good but the room is not good there were no bathtubs in bath area I called before booking they said indoor pool is open but it also closed in hotel amenities it’s shows bath tubs in room but there were no bathtub no microwave No view from the room I booked my my room in different tower with a view but they gave me room in a different tower with no view

Disappointing Elevators took so long we ended up having to use the stairs. The heat didn't work well, and no one responded to our request for maintenance to fix it. Great location and the quarter was fun.

Disappointing I am extremely frustrated and upset with the level of service I received during my stay at your hotel.
