Was given the wrong room and they would not correct. Was supposed to be in a king room and got 2 queen beds Area outside of hotel Clean

Bad We got a room with no heat refrigerator wasn't working the front desk gave our room to another person at 11 at night someone was entering our room with passes it was terrible

Getting charged 39.95 extra because your staff doesn't clean the bed thoroughly. Terrible! There were very stained sheets and mattress protectors that resembled feces on both beds in a double queen bed room. Went to front desk to complain showed them the video. they gave us another room, but charged us a $39.95 charge for speaking to them and didn't credit the room or any. Definitely will not be staying here again and will tell friends and family to keep going to the other hotels we usually frequent. all of the stores, clubs... read more

Not returning for a 10th time. DONE rugs, smoke not filtered, no bathtub as reserved, tv needs serious upgrade and more options. ice machine on floor that works. enough machines

Poor The parking garage was in poor condition, especially the staircase to the exit. Also when exiting the garage after my stay the parking attendant focused on his personal phone rather than collecting the parking fee which cause a 1 hour delay just to exit the garage. It hosted the concert I attended
