Tropicana needs attention to detail the hotel was packed. unorganized I was approached several times near the deli on the food court by folks pan handling for money. in general the a.c boardwalk is a disgrace. nothing

Good location - Hotel check in horrible Room was horrible! The windows were at the top of the wall (above normal viewing height) and we couldn't see out of the windows Location is excellent

Bad the tub was clogged and the water didn’t go down the drain while we were showering and the curtain didn’t close all the way so the sun kept waking me up before it was needed close to the boardwalk a lot of food options

It was another pleasure experience 1st, as soon we got to the room, I saw another door. I opened and was connected to the other room . I got so afraid . It can easily be open . I couldn't sleep well. When I went to my bed, I felt bites on my body. The view to the beach was marvelous.
