Feel like they gave me the worst room Bed felt worn out Floor had cigarettes burns View was bad I liked the facility

Things have changed since our last visit. The Cuban restaurant our drinks were horrible, must be under new management. The menu was so different, prices were way too high. A place we enjoyed for years not something we would go to anytime soon. Pf changs is a great place, clean, service was great and nice. Food was very good, prices were fair. We have been coming to A.c for many many years and had great experiences. The room was disappointing. Our room! 1051 in north tower. Absolutely no view unless you like three walls to look at. And when a.c was on high fan it made loud rattling, humming noises. Also, we had sand on the top sheet of the made bed!! Casino was nice.easy beach access . Lots of restaurants!

Very Poor Cleanliness and friendliness of staff, they are all miserable Rooms are dirty, hallways are dank and smelly (smoke)

If didn't have to go to a conference I would have chosen a AirBnB The furniture was so old that we felt it would break. Plus there were holes in the dresser that may have reflected an old tv being anchored to it at some point. Also the tv didn't work. The price. The property overall. The proximity to other venues.

Not satisfying Housekeeping did not clean for the 3 day stay and I requested twice, bathroom was disgusting , my baby found food under the bed from previous guest , barely staff assistance, towels had black and brown stains… etc Store sold old food that was spoiled . Smh

Had better stays The front desk was not friendly when spoken over the phone. Only 2 bath towels were given, there were only 5 tissues in the box of tissues with no new box and the toilet bowl was clogged. House keeping and maintenance were quick to respond to the needs. The location is good.
