Nice place to visit, but will not stay there again! Tried to check in at 1:30, told to come back at 2:30, got there at 3, the lines to check in were horrendous, literally about 2+ hours wait! I wasn't able to check in until 9pm. Then our room's air conditioning wasn't working properly, and no TV remote. I tried to call the front desk, nobody ever answered. Finally went to the Front Desk at 11:30pm, and was able to move to another room. I travel all over the country and world for business, never had I experienced at disaster ... read more

The stay was so so but the beach was lovely I came in with my elderly grandmother, had to check in on the kiosk which put me in a room all the way over in the Chelsea tower which was a 5-7 minute walk to get over yet alone waiting for the elevators and the room smelled like mildew The extractions and beach access

Fair Didn't get the room I reserved, reserved with ocean view got city view. The long walk from the parking garage to the room. The room was so cooled that it was damp with condensation. The bathroom floor was sticky. Variety of shops and restaurants.

Totally Sucked having our Car Broken Into The fact that no one person show any concern for us being robbed.its like this happens all the time and they are just used to it. Will never return to this area again our car was broken into at the garage and no one from the hotel even showed one bit on concern. upon leaving parking attendant made us feel like we were a bother to him cause we didn't have cash.

$300 - First & last time. Will be posting sad experience on social media So many things.. Our room paint & bathroom sad looking. Only 1 hook and no towel bars in bathroom - you are on the ocean where most wear bathing suits. Where to hang wet suits?? We had a phone not connected to anything - NO CORD! WTH?? Very limited signage in your confusing layout of a hotel. The comedy club DISAPPOINTING. $30 a ticket to sit on FOLDING CHAIRS?? And to be told we had to buy two items before sitting down?? WTH?? Not worth it Directions were poor for checking and worst for checking out. After roaming around to find the check out desk it was closed, then trying to use the kiosk and finding out it doesn't work for Chelsea Tower then finding the regular checkout desk to find only 1 person working. The room had stains on the ceiling and wallpaper peeling. For the price it should have been 100% better It was close to the Atlantic Ocean
