A lot of very irritating inconveniences made me question if I should ever return The elevators didn’t work or were extremely slow to the parking garage. We waited in very long lines holding luggage to get to an elevator. Also, husband drove around for 45 minutes trying to find a parking spot in self park. Our room was very cold and no blankets which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If it wasn’t for the Quarter, would not be back. Good breakfast lovation but way overpriced for what you got. Very sweet, overworked waitress

will not recommend the tropicana in atlantic city, nj nothing about the establishment was appealing. the room was dirty. the ceiling was crumbling down in flakes everywhere. hotel wasn't very accommodating about a new room. went looking for a manager that was nowhere to be found. also was charged twice. i could see the water

Poor Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that really impacted our stay. The hotel was extremely loud, making it quite unpleasant for us. On our first night, we were woken up at midnight and again at 5:30 in the morning due to people yelling. We called security three times, but no one took care of the situation. Read the dislike section, worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had Put me in the two bed nonsmoking room in the Havana tower that I payed for, not the single bed smoking room in the north tower 4th floor room 425. Absolute worst service I ever experienced needed a $600 room for ONE night and you can’t even get that right. Calling tropicana a joke is an understatement. The casino had a different atmosphere which was nice.

Fair No one to check me out on the havana side Wednesday morning. The kiosk wasn’t working and there was only 2 out of 4 elevators working. The line was 30 minutes. Ridiculous happens every time. You have 4 elevators!!! Asked for a room with a view of the water she said it was and it really wasn’t. It was facing the condo.

Fair I didn't like the check-in and check out, I didn't like that they gave us the last moment, a different room than the one we had booked...I didn't like that they let you know about some fees after you book your room... Bad Dirty dirty dirty...we moved into 3 different hotel rooms during our 4 day stay there. First room, AC was not working so we were sweating all night. Second and third rooms, had mold in the showers, clogged tub, and stains all over the shower curtain. Also, the elevators going towards parking should really get inspected. There were times when I saw folks almost getting squeezed by the elevator doors even when they tried to hold them open.
