My 40th birthday was ruined Elevator was outdated and only 2 were working took us about 30 minutes just to get to our room Staircase smelled like something died Requested an ocean view prior to our stay, all we got was a view of the buildings. Tried speaking to customer service, he was highly rude and disrespectful and refused to resolve the issue he suggested that we called booking.com and I proceeded but booking wasn’t able to speak with anyone at the resort so booking sent them an email which I have yet to get a response ... read more

Valuable but not nice. The room was terrible. There was NO TABLE under the window, just a chair. The air was either freezing or HOT. There was No carpet on the dirty, dusty floor and the bathroom toilet was coming off the floor so when you sat down to use it, the whole seat moved! Dirty bathroom too. Outdated. The mattress was so comfortable!
