Stay wasn’t terrible because we literally only slept in the room. Did not hang out there I was put in the Chelsea wing and it felt like I was on a motel I for by the hour. So gross The casino and restaurants

Poor hotel is old and drabby looking. we had to walk a long way from parking garage to chelsea tower. couldn't check in by kiosk. beds were comfortable.

Not what we expected Firstly there are no signs guiding you where to go to check in. We had to ask people on the street where to go. There were barely any signs to follow for anywhere you wanted to go. The parking garage has 4 elevators and a LONG line to use them. If you choose the stairs, they smell like dead animals and urine. No signs again and we ended up lost for a while. The room was not what was advertised at all. It was much more outdated and very misleading. Checking in and out was annoying. Not worth the money. The room was clean but bare. The decor was poor. The laminate floors looked like leftover or donated. The paint was chipped. There was no towel rack; towels were please on the vanity. No art work on the walls. The restaurant we had reservations for was in the hotel.
