Atlantic City has been in our bucket list for a long long time. We retired and that was one of our first places to stay It was a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke so bad I got a headache. The room was supposed to be 298 a night and our bill came to over $800. Not happy with my stay in the Tropicana will never go back there again. The parking lot was ridiculous. There were no easy signs around the resort to find the parking garage and we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to our car.

Hotel was an issue no staff found to help Complaints for Tropicana: Small T.V. No soap dish in shower No microwave No dresser Outdoor pool reservations were unfair to let ppl reserve all day instead of for time slots because most chairs were empty until the people came which means it could have been being used until the time they were coming that why everyone gets a chance for use Small and not enough pillows on bed for bed size Front desk failed to answer numerous calls Elevators for departure were slow and there was a line... read more

If you plan on being lost I didn’t like the maze and going thru the casino floor just to get to my room. I was lost for most of the time while staying in the resort. When we got to the hotel to check in the lines were long with the kiosk not working with only one person at the front desk. The first room I was in smelled like a wet dog and the tv didn’t work. We had to call the front desk and was then told I had to go downstairs to switch rooms. I had to then go downstairs and get lost for 20 mins to then wait on another line... read more
