Disgusting and disappointing I was charged nearly $500 a night for a room that was filthy. Most of the hotel was rundown. The staff was rude and uncaring. I was switched to another room right behind the elevator shaft. I was taking my sister out for her 60 Birthday. She ended up getting food poisoning from the outdoor pool bar. We cut our stay short and the hotel doesn’t want to refund my money, even with pictures. My sister was still sick and missed a day of work. NEVER AGAIN. Nothing

I will never stay there again. I called for room service everyday. They came once and threw some bags on my bed. I’m pretty sure the sheets were dirty and never changed. Had red stuff on pillow case when I got there. I got bit all over my hand the last morning there this morning by a bedbug and have a picture to prove it. when I stripped the bed in the morning of room 3233. They didn’t clean the room not once discusting hotel I loved that is was near the ocean.

Fair Par où commencer? C'est un hotel énorme avec plusieurs tours différentes. Un labyrinthe. Vraiment. Le check in se fait par soi-même avec une machine. Y'a zéro staff pour t'aider. Les gens sont confus et perdus pcq leur check in avec machine est parfois refusé et il n'y a pas toujours qqun pour t'aider. À partir du stationnement principal, se rendre à notre chambre dans la tour Chelsea demandait une boussole. eggggh A lot of noise in the hall. Front desk never gave pin so we couldn't order drinks after loosing $500. Waitresses in casino were horrible. Ivy tropicanas AI bot did not work. My security level was to hIgh on the phone. Had no access to events, couldn't order room service. Couldn't reserve pool chairs.

Horrible experience will not recommend this Hotel That the room was never cleaned and towels were never given to us we hade to use the same towels for 3 nights Getting a hold of someone from the room on the phone was imposinle as I waited 15 min to speak to someone at the front desk and they hung up as soon as they answerd Location and the restorants

I may not come back the elevators were horrible most of the time , we had to take the stairs , there was a loiterer and he was shaking us down for money , I couldn't find any security , this guy was big and scary , he was outside of Mrs Fields , My poor brother in law spent twice we did and his room smelled of smoke , I had a good protein shake ,

Tropicana has a lot of potential, but there were a few things that made me not want to rebook the hotel. When I first go Hotel rooms were overbooked even though I reserved weeks prior and had to be put in alternative rooms. Valet service is very unorganized and chaotic. The wait time to get car back was over a hour long A lot of things to do there
