never again Firs at all we didn't stay at Tropicana, the machine ( it's self check in self check out no service at all) give as a room at Chelsea tour a nearly abandon tour, old and dirty.To find your room you have to carry your stuff about one mile, up and down through casino inside streets, restaurants a really labyrinth with a printed paper by the machine. It's grotesque. the complex it's near the beach, the room was clean, except the carpet and walls who was about 30-40 year old .

I haven't stayed at the Tropicana in a very long time and this was definitely the worst We had to switch room 2x 1st room had rotten food behind the bed 2nd room the room was very hot with no ac The breakfast at Hash House was good

Crusty It’s unbelievably confusing to get around and our room was crusty and missing necessities when we got there. It has lots to offer.

I honestly would never stay at Tropicana again The room The staff was rude , demanding tips for not doing anything the room was gross stains on sheets and all. Called to have room cleaned they didn’t come

Room was OK. Lighting was not good. We were not aware that we had to request clean towels, sheets. Check in and check out where not available on self service fir Chelsea Tower but received messages telling us to use it. Caused a lot of wasted time. Elevators for the parking garage were slow and not reliable. Room was ok..

I was not happy and will probably not return. The walls were to thin you could hear everything, the walls in the room were plan no decorations, the floors had dust along the baseboard throughout the entire room. The smoke you had to walk through to go anywhere and the distance you had to walk to get to the elevator to go to your room. Also not handicap accessible doors. Not much

Horrible and isn’t worth the price. You cannot control your own a/c and heating. I called for maintenance twice. I waited over an hour and they never showed up. I called for housekeeping so I can receive blankets and I received the blankets within minutes. IT’S DIRTY!!! Stains on the wall, sheets, covers and shower curtains. The vents are dirty.
