The room was filthy, They never came to clean! We used the same towels repeatedly. The hotel was dirty, Very outdated and I would never stay there again. The service was terrible. Nothing

Okey Rooms not upgraded…AC makes loads of noise, doors slap every time to close, you have to walk a lot to get from your room to the street going through all the parts of the hotel. No option of breakfast. Staff unfriendly Location

Okay Housekeeping never came to clean rooms, they were present on the floors and we did ask but our rooms were never cleaned, we called down to housekeeping and never received a response, the phone just rang The amenities and selection of different food options

Frustrating Very confusing to find way around, room dated and not well stocked. Only 2 towels for two people, etc. Had to pay extra to sit at the pool (ridiculous!). No ice machine on our floor. Food expensive and not good. Parking garage a mess. Nothing well marked and far from our Tower. What a pain for luggage! Would have liked to be able to get coffee in our tower (Chelsea). Never sent receipt. Staff pleasant and bed comfortable.

Horrible the room where dirty the appliance didn’t work there was no air conditioner in the lobby to walk to ur room and there was 1 elevator working Nothing is was in the middle of nowhere
