Until the entire room is cleaned, I will not be returning here. These rooms need some love, or else someone else will ge Nothing in the room was cleaned other than new towels. First night, I almost fell stepping into the shower (slippery). I had never been to a hotel with a dirty toilet and a loose toilet seat before. If you want to stay here, be sure to bring slippers..it was evident that flooring and everything else hadn’t been touched for months. Central location

Fair Our check in experience was horrible. I had recently gotten married and even with proof of marriage they tried claiming they could not give me a room. The actual wait to talk with someone took over an hour and they insisted nothing could be done but then of course the manage came over and 10 seconds later fixed the problem. It was so stupid and such a waste of time. The casino itself is large and has lots of options for dining.

Terrible Room gross, staff rude, toilet plugged when arrived, sink broke. Drug addicts everywhere. Tried to give us full beds when we booked queens, then front desk tried to gas light us that they were queens. Had to change rooms. No laundry facilities, not what I expected will not be back. The casino was fun and Chickie and Pete’s was good.

I love staying at the trop. This time around was a huge turn off. Might try a different hotel next time. Disappointed. I found a used band aid in my bed which i took a photo of. The other bed smelt like wet musk. During check out on Sunday it took us 15 minutes waiting for an elevator, seemed as if only 1 was working. DO NOT STAY HERE, please choose another resort. The customer service and housekeeping were horrendous at Tropicana, I would not recommend that anyone stay at this location. The rooms at completely dated and suffer from severe disrepair and water damage, the rooms smell of mildew and mild due to the water damage. There is clear warping of the walls and water stains on the carpet and ceiling. I stayed in a supposed penthouse suite and had to check out early due to the deplorable conditions. It was not what I expected. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one room we complained and they sent someone and told us it could not be fixed. We have to live with it and then. We asked for housekeeping they said they could not provide. They just gave us towels and shampoo We did not get any discount for these problems I will not be going back to this hotel Location and casino
