Horrible stay The cold water came out scolding hot. Showers were hard to enjoy. There were no dressers or microwaves in the room. The heating was broken on our side of the building, and the air conditioning was set on the "North Pole." Housekeeping no longer brings fresh towels, coffee cups, or clean bedding until you call and request for clean linen daily and be willing to wait an hour and a half to receive your stuff. In fact, I enjoyed it very much and would love to repeat it often. Housekeeping did not enter my room during my stay. This is something that bothered me. The outside glass was not clean and did not allow me to see the sea clearly. The next room was noisy, moving objects and the sound of children. The smell of chlorine in the pool was so intense that it gave me allergic sinusitis. Very good because there are many choices coffee and bakery It was very entertaining. Everything is there and it is a very beautiful thing.

Exhausting! The staff was overworked, seemed exhausted, lackadaisical. There was a lack of attention to the client. The place was a confusing maze, staff was uninformed: the website said there was a hotel bus connecting Philadelphia Airport but no one on the front desk staff could answer questions about where to catch the bus, if there was a cost or provide a schedule. The room was large, well appointed, had a great view. However the staff failed to clean/tidy up during our stay. The pool amenity was lovely.
