Suuuper convenient if you dont care about the room quality. wanted to like the place. The hotel charged 400 upon check in, with no prior knowledge of such a number. Room clearly wasn’t cleaned before check in, there was urine on the toilet seat, the fridge was leaking water, the television had only some visible channels. We had requested housekeeping & they never showed up. The convenience of the location & having so much to do in the actual hotel was very nice & being close by to everything else was also nice.

Alright. Needs more staffing to help navigate building. Rooms are nice but not much as far as amenities. DISAPPOINTED The food in Chelsea Towers was HORRIBLE!! FAKE CHICKEN disguised as chicken fingers, all spongy looking, tasting, and feeling, the fries were cold, the cheesesteak egg rolls were NOTHING like the picture that advertised them. They were very small and had no flavor. I have never been so disappointed with food I've gotten when we visit AC!! We had an ocean view

Poor Было очень грязно в номере! Плюс принадлежности положили только на одного человека, хотя было заявлено два!!! Никто не убрался за время нашего пребывания в номере и даже не было пропылесосено после предыдущих жильцов, валялся мусор на полу и везде была пыль, даже на видных местах! Плюс мы бронировали номер за 407.99 за все, вместе со всеми сборами и налогами, а на месте оказалось, что нужно заплатить больше 447.52!!! Это не великая разница, но я впервые сталкиваюсь с тем, что цена отличается от заявленной!

Wont go back, No latch on the door room and some lights didn't work. needed to call to get the room cleaned, and was told: "maybe, if they can get to it". I asked for an extra pillow and it took 2 hours, knocking on the door at roughly midnight, and was they high as a kite and wreaked of pot. Needed to walk the kids through the smoke infested casino to get to the hotel check-in, and the instructions on how to get there were horrible. The hotel did NOTHING to ensure the safety outside.
