It was good trip but bad choice for us to stay this kind of milking resort. There is no service at all. Paid the amount and waited almost 1 hour to check-in. Not at all recommended. No smile from the checkin people. I stayed in other 3/5 star hotels never saw such bad checkin process. Property is at the heart of the location

I would NEVER recommend or return to tropicana Resort. I booked 2 nonsmoking room and by the time I showed up they didn’t have any nonsmoking rooms for me. After waiting in line for 2 hours,We had no choice but to stay in a terrible smelling smoking room.Husband was sick for the rest of the trip. Nothing

Dirty Did not like 2. No help from staff no offer to help this situation We ended up spending the whole 3 day vacation at ocean casino Did not like 1. Halls in south tower are horribly dirty with bleach stained carpet. Non soling room is clearly a former smoking room. We asked to be moved away from screaming neighbors only to get a dirty and smelly room

Too expensive for a one-night mediocore experience. The room was too cold with no way to regulate the AC. Also there was no place to put clothing, i.e. underwear, etc. The room, in my opinion, was not meant for guests that stay more than 1-2 nights. The bathroom was spacious, but the walls were dirty and the shower liner smelled like mildew. There were mildew stains between the grout on the shower walls. Overall, it was a dirty and overpriced place! Everything-food was gross, beds were uncomfortable, unsafe surroundings, smoke filled casino area, beach and boardwalk were dirty, and extremely overpriced for awful food. Nothing!

Not good. Room was dirty, paper trash on floor by bed and in bathroom, hair ball in shower, the floor we were on smelled horrible in common areas and that smell permeated into the room Check in staff was nice

Bad From the moment we walked in with children and grandchildren, the crowd was unruly, drunk and stunk of marijuana. Headed up to the room and loud parties and more marijuana with two little ones in tow. I have frequented Tropicana and this was absolutely disgusting and no longer for any families to go. This was not even the weekend! I have emailed booking.com for a refund as we opened the doors to the rooms, as I booked two rooms, and we immediately left due to the partying and pot smell.
