Other than the air and ice machines it was ok My room air wasn’t giving very cool and the hallways didn’t have any air and most of the ice machines didn’t work and I didn’t like the fact that I asked if I had to reserve the seats at the pool The gentleman told me no first come first serve me and my wife was first in line was very comfortable for them to tell us we have to move because those was reserves seats All the staff I dealt with was very nice

Horrible smoke smell I requested a non smoking room yet my room was clean yet smelled really bad with smoke. An employee came in and deodorize the floor with a spay bottle leaving the floor wet.

Disappointing The room had dirty towels, lights were broken when we check in. we booked Chelsea tower on booking.com but we were given room in west tower. Got charges for late check out on Tuesday but our last day was Thursday, and we checked out at 10am, not after 11am. Front desk staff dont greet customers with smile, kindda rude when we question about the late charges.

I wouldn’t go back, We didn’t like a few things. Our room was not ready at check in time (4pm). The staff told us that parking was $30 and when we went to pay they said it was $40. The receptionist was not very friendly. Booking

I checked out early Saturday night instead of Sunday was a horrible stay. I had a fire alarm at 2:00am dirty rooms horrible service very disappointed!!!!!
